If we do not sell the Minimum Amount of Tickets (350,000) then we have no option but to allocate internal reference numbers to entries and use those numbers instead. Otherwise we have gaps in the numbering.
This means that although your ticket number might be "752145" it will actually be labelled something like "242444" in our internal draw data.
You might naturally think "But my ticket number is higher than the maximum number of entries shown as 317,166"
But that is simply because you entry was allocated an internal number and it was that number was chosen at random.
Every ticket was in the Draw. But by all means contact us via Messenger with your email address and we'll check the draw data to doublecheck your entries.
UPDATE: Thank you all for your feedback on our use of internal numbers in the draw process, and your suggestions too. We will use these to improve our process in future competitions.
If you have any specific feedback please email it to email@example.com so that it can be collated together.
As a Thank You anyone emailing in feedback will be allocated a Free Entry in the current competition (Market Bosworth).
Thank you again for taking the time to help us improve.
